Viking Construction Company of Florida, LLC, was established in 2004 in Gainesville, Florida. The company specializes in real estate development & construction. The development of Campus View Condominiums on SW 9th Road near the University of Florida and Shands was the company’s first project. Beginning as one phase of twelve units, Campus View has now grown to 5 completed phases with over 115 units.
